Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

As each piece is handmade and stock is limited, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products and limited stock, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
