Are all pieces handmade?

Yes. All items are handmade individually.
As a result, slight variations in color, pattern, size, and shape are a natural part of the work.

Will the pattern look exactly like the photos?

No two nerikomi pieces are exactly the same.
While the overall style and technique are consistent, each pattern is unique and cannot be reproduced precisely.

Can I request a custom order?

At this time, custom orders are limited.
Please contact me before ordering if you have a specific request, and I will let you know whether it is possible.

When will my order be shipped?

Shipping times vary depending on whether the item is in stock or made to order.
Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, international shipping is available.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations or changes are not accepted once an order has been confirmed, especially for made-to-order items.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within a few days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
I will assist you as soon as possible.

Are the pieces food-safe?

All tableware is fired at high temperatures and intended for everyday use.
However, I recommend gentle handling and hand washing to preserve the surface and patterns.
