Cancellations and changes to orders can be made prior to dispatch. After that, they are not accepted.

■Return

Products may be returned for customer convenience only under the following conditions. However, the customer is responsible for all international shipping costs and customs fees to and from the destination.

Condition 1: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date recorded by the shipping company. Please note that this does not mean within 7 days of opening the package.

Condition 2 : The product must be unused.

Condition 3 : The product must be returned by the method specified by us (e.g. Postal Service) and using the original packing materials to prevent it from damages.


■If there is a problem with the product

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or differs from the ordered product, we will respond to your request as soon as possible and refund or ship the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days from the delivery completion date recorded by the shipping company. Please note that this is not within 7 days of opening the package.

 

■Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

If you do not request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date recorded by the delivery company.
If the product is found to be used, damaged, or stained.
If the product is returned using a method other than the method specified by us.
If the product page or campaign page states that the product is non-returnable.

*We cannot exchange items because most items are one-of-a-kind. We will refund your money.
